The Panchayat-level inauguration of the Purathur Grama Panchayat Operation Toofan 2.0 Anti-Narcotics Mass Campaign Program was performed on September 28, 2026, by the Honorable Purathur Grama Panchayat President, Smt. Jassana Banu.

The meeting was chaired by the Honorable Grama Panchayat Vice President, Shri Prabhakaran. Honorable Welfare Standing Committee Chairman Shri Sadiq Ali, Honorable Health and Education Standing Committee Chairperson Smt. Junainath, Honorable Members, Tirur Police Station ASI, officials, ASHAs, Kudumbashree CDS members, Haritha Karma Sena members, SPC Cadets from Purathur GHSS, NSS volunteers, teachers, elected representatives from various wards, and Panchayat office staff attended the function. Panchayat Secretary Smt. Rajani Raveendran delivered the vote of thanks.
